Order Cancellations & Changes

Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us immediately at support@rivonova.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before processing.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. You may return the item after delivery.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every RIVONOVA product is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the date of purchase.

• Requirements: The product must be purchased directly from RIVONOVA.com and used and maintained according to the included instructions.
• Exclusions: Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear and tear.
• Warranty Service: If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, contact Rivonova Customer Support. We will repair, replace, or exchange the product.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, uncustomized, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be linked to a valid RIVONOVA.com order.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending your return so we can process it promptly.

2. Return Shipping

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Customer-Initiated Returns:

• If a return is requested due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or a refused delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• For most returns, the return shipping cost is estimated to be between $5 and $20 USD. The actual return shipping fee may vary depending on the item's size, weight, destination, and carrier rates. The final return shipping cost will be based on the actual shipping charges incurred.
• Original shipping costs from the order are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom products and gift cards are not eligible for return.

• Once approved, we will send you a return label and instructions.
• Ship your package to the address provided with your return label.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

• Exchanges: The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original and place a separate order.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
