OUR WARRANTY POLICY
RIVONOVA warrants to the original purchaser that the product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Exclusions: Accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty requirements: The product must be purchased from RIVONOVA.com and used and maintained in accordance with the provided instructions.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, please get in touch with Rivonova customer service. Rivonova will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or exchange the product.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with RIVONOVA products. We offer returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item has not been customized, remains unused, is in its original packaging, and meets the other return eligibility criteria listed below.
All returns must be related to a RIVONOVA.com order. Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
